Hit and Run Crash Ends in Fatality
A crash on Interstate 15 has prompted police to begin searching for a 31 year old woman. The crash occurred near Blue Diamond Road last Tuesday. The police believe that Natalie Dawn Dubuisson was the driver of the vehicle that caused the auto accident. They know that a Mercedes-Benz ran into a pickup truck and then also hit an SUV. The driver of the SUV, 44 year old Inaya Sabra, was declared dead at the scene of the accident. The driver of the other car had only minor injuries.
According to police reports, Dubuisson fled the scene of the accident and possibly left in a car different than the one that she crashed in. She could have sustained injuries in the accident. When she is found, the family of Inaya Sabra may file a personal injury suit against her for wrongful death, if it is proven that she acted negligently.
