$1.2 Million in Damage to Henderson Home After Fire
A gated community in Henderson is thankful that a terrible home fire has resulted in only physical damage and that no one was seriously injured. The home, which was located at 55 Quail Run Road, was already billowing smoke when firefighters arrived at around 10:20 a.m. They fought the fire from inside the home for almost half an hour before they were forced to withdraw. Much of the difficulty fighting the fire came from how fast it spread through the attic of the home.
All of the occupants of the home were able to escape without injury. Only was firefighter was hurt, though it was not serious. It is believed that the fire was accidental in nature, probably caused by electrical wiring. If it is found that the electrical wiring manufacturer or installation team was negligent, and that negligence lead to the fire, the family may be able to recover compensation from them.
