Family Mourns Death of Son in ATV Accident
In Las Vegas, the family of David 'E.T.' Morgan mourns the beloved brother and son following his death in an ATV accident. The family is now fighting the manufacturer of the ATV in a wrongful death lawsuit.
The Morgan family, among others, is currently involved in a wrongful death lawsuit against Yamaha Motor Co. for the death of David when his Yamaha Rhino flipped and killed him.
In 2009 Yamaha removed the Rhino from the market after David's death, despite the fact that there were already lawsuits against them for wrongful deaths related to the ATVs. The Morgan's suit is based on a faulty equipment claim that led to the death of their son David.
