Taxi Cab Driver Facing Charges for Accident

According to police in Portland, Oregon, the driver tried to drive onto a closed ramp, running directly into the path of a construction crew working there. Only one person was struck by the driver, the crew supervisor, and he was lucky to suffer just minor injuries as a result.
